Because our panel is intentionally small, appointments are unhurried and same-day access is the norm, not the exception. You reach your physician directly, 24 hours a day, seven days a week – not a call center or an on-call stranger.
Membership extends far beyond the annual physical. Your physician is there to manage chronic medical conditions, evaluate new symptoms and health concerns, care for you when you are sick, and guide you through every stage of your health. We also provide comprehensive men’s and women’s health management, hormone therapy, preventive care, and personalized strategies focused on longevity and everyday wellness.
For members who want to go even further, an expanding menu of optional services – from advanced screenings and diagnostics to select in-house pharmacy offerings – is available at an additional cost.

Meet Your Physician
Dr. David Zweiback, DO
Board-Certified Internal Medicine | University of Pennsylvania | 30+ Years of Experience
Dr. Zweiback brings more than three decades of internal medicine experience to West Palm Beach, including a residency and faculty appointment at the University of Pennsylvania’s Perelman School of Medicine. He founded and led his own independent practice for 20 years, building the kind of unhurried, relationship-first medicine that concierge care is designed for.
His approach to health is not simply reactive – he believes medicine should help people live better, not just respond when something goes wrong. Dr. Zweiback lives by the same principles of preventive care, active lifestyle, and long-term wellness that he brings to his patients every day.
His additional certification in dermatology allows him to evaluate and address many skin concerns directly – an added clinical scope rarely found in a concierge internal medicine practice.
